You start a complaint, you can either choose who you are complaining about from our wizard or add a new organisation. Your complaint will appear under that organisation 'Complaints' At Complaints United, we have allowed firms of registered lawyers to be able to contact you should they feel your complaint warrants further investigation, of perhaps a 'class action' lawsuit against that organisation, you see that is the 'United' bit! or are of course free to pursue 'issues' in your own way, it just they are terrified of this site and its dozens of legal professionals looking to take on cases.
